I am a logical person, so the relative illogic of watching the Vikings has prompted me to find other more enjoyable pursuits during game times -- and that has proven to be a very wise decision. I guess I owe the team a thank you for all the time I have not spent getting aggitated and disappointed by what I see -- since it is bad enough just reading all these game-related commentaries after the fact.

Extra Point 6: Special Teams Woes Continue Against Hester and Bears. Since entering the leage, Hester has 4 return TD's agains the Vikings, the most against any one team. The plan to punt the ball away from Hester led to one punt gaining a net 17 yards.

You ran into a buzz saw last night. The Bears played lights out and you did everything that you need to do to lose to the Bears..........let them get you into bad field position and then punt to Hester. Run the ball over and over and over when they have 9 or 10 in the box. Drop passes, throw bad passes, go three and out so your defense is constantly on the field.........need I go on?
