I'm glad you boys had a good time. Meanwhile, Rome is burning.

I am glad to see the governor and other legislators in greater Minnesota. Rural Minnesota has much to offer in different forms of recreation and the outdoors.

nitewind - actually I believe Rome is outside the Minnesota border so I think the group had the right to enjoy a nice Minnesota fall day.

Dayton doesn't seem like the hunting type. It's good to see liberals out having a good time hunting instead of trying to confiscate our guns.

Rep Collin Peterson! He should be holding meetings behind closed doors to see how much more damage he & his land barrens can do to the remaining wetlands and habitat we have left. Interesting, a photo shoot to be seen in the outdoors once again. But I'm your friend, a sportsman and I belong to all the major conservation organizations! Bottom line is Collin is "big ag" and not our a friend of the sportsman or our critical habitat.

How can they hunt the very public lands that they are pulling support for? Seems like a day of hypocrisy.

Maybe if the two parties would get together more often in a none political situation they would learn how to relate to each other. This could lead to actually working together to run this state instead of drawing a line in the sand and fighting about everything.
