"If we don't act in some way ... it's unrealistic in my opinion to think that we are not going to face competition for the team," said the governor, who set meetings for next week.

THE SAD THING IS....the hard core liberals actually want the Vikings to move, because they believe that Twins stadium should have never been built with any public money. Raise your hand if you think that Minnesota is better off with with no baseball here? raise your hand if you belive the Vikings should move to LA. Even our neighboring states think Minnesoata has really gone downhill.

LA is just a threat for the Minnesota taxpayer to subsidize the stadium. Who is Goodell kidding? No owner is going to move there and not receive naming rights, suite money, parking, PSL's and concessions. The LA group has NO money to purchase a team. The emperor has no clothes. Goodell go back home. Don't worry Purple faithfuls the Vikings and the NFL is not going to leave this market. MN has to many Fortune 500 companies that spend money on suites.

i think this may end up in the corts now since both sides have it in writing now thats funny i beleive the team will get it in arden hills they are paying a large amount and it is there money as it is the taxpayers but that being said the team will push it all the way to the sight they want

Sorry, I have had to do without with out, and get rid of many expenses with this economic downturn. The state is broke and we have so many other priorities needed for what we can afford. If the dome is not good enough, looks like LA thinks they have extra money, so time to move, too bad really but our cart is full of those just wanting to ride and not contribute.

Blah, blah, blah. Let the team leave. Seriously. In this day and age it is SO easy to follow any and every team you could possibly imagine. And at any time you'd like. Just because the team *MIGHT* move to L.A. does NOT mean that it would be more difficult to follow and support the team. It just means that they'll be a little farther away from your couch. Let's be honest, most of you aren't ponying up for hundreds or even thousands of dollars every year to go to a game or two. Fear not, if the team were no longer here, you'll find something else to spend that money on. Just please, let's not put money on the table for those who just don't need it. Thank you and be sure to click the thumbs down.
