The Bears don't seem inclined to provide either, leaving the quarterback open to attacks from both pass rushers and critics.

Da' Bears. Vikings are 1-9 last 10 games in the Windy City. Make it 1-10.

Trade Rick Spielman to the bears for Cutler.

The Bears will use a max protect scheme keeping the TE's and RB's in to chip on Allen and Robison forcing the Vikings to either blitz or get pressure up the middle from Williams and Ayodele or however you spell his name. The Vikings need to get more pressure from the defensive tackles to collapse the pocket allowing Allen and Robison to tee off on Cutler. The Bears will try to set up screens in order to attempt to alleviate defensive front pressure on Cutler by leaking Forte out of the backfield after chipping on one of our DE's especially on third and long.

Cutler will get well against the Vikings who are a poor road team anyway. With McNabb at QB, the Vikings have zero chance of winning this game

Is it possible both the Bears and Broncos got into a lose-lose situation. This has happened many times in the past with running backs, offensive linemen, defensive backs, and defensive linemen. Al Davis got some really good players, but he also got some duds. Despite the rumors, football remains a team game.Filling in spots works with individuals like Charles Haley,Deion Sanders, and Wilbur Marshall, but those were clearly a won-lost endings.

Allen and Robison are salivating over this one! You can't double or chip on both or Kevin will be in there cleaning up the scraps. Cutler will be sitting wrapped up on the sideline by the end of the third. The Lions softened him up and the Vikes will hit those same bruised areas and we'll see just how tough he really is.
