No society can afford to lose their young people. After all, those are the people whom will run this country and become the leaders and the inventors whom each country must have. If we can spend a little money now to help these young people, then do all we can at a small price. Haven't we lost enough of those people due to never ending wars that never seem to end? Over ten years of constant war must stop. And save the future for our children and this fine country.
