"The Wild clearly missed Bouchard during their two-game road trip to play the Islanders and Senators. Bouchard plays the point on the power play, which struggled in a loss to the Islanders."............If the Wild are to succeed, the loss of any one player can NOT cause them to start losing, especially a player like PMB. If Pitt still found a way to win without Crosby and Malkin, the Wild better get their act together very soon.

Bug, solid poster, can't disagree with what you are saying at all, love to hear someone keeping it real on here instead of the polyianna stuff reckon.....you can really see the value of the Boogymonster in the line up when you see other enforcers doing their job, our monster was producing highlight reel hits and playing a physical game, reckon Kassian is not a physical factor, just sayin

No hard feelings? Why do you have Jan 21st circled?

Bug, I agree with you. PMB is a good player but to say we missed him that much. So the reason we missed the playoffs the last few years then is because PMB was out with a concussion? OK now I understand.

Saturday will be big night for hockey fans. Wild vs Wings, Gophers vs Bulldogs and Denver vs Boston U. It'll be interesting to see how Zucker and Coyle do. GO WILD and GO GOPHERS!

First of all .. Good luck Mr. Nystrom. Hope Dallas works well for you. Second of all, I can't wait until GreenHay makes excuses for all our players for "catching a rolling puck". It took about 2 minutes into last game until I heard that. Also, GreenHay, let's not make an announcement midway through the 2nd period that Backstrom deserves "#1 star of the game". Let's see if he can possibly stop at least 1 shootout breakaway first, shall we..?? He's stellar on shots from outside the circle. But crash the net and he lays the paddle down and falls backwards.
