All Day's run vs. Cleveland in 2009 was nice. But I still like the game he had in 2007. Adrian's first trip to Soldier Field. There were a lot of good plays made by both teams, as the game see-sawed back and forth. Peterson had some incredible runs. Then with the game tied, Peterson ran the kickoff back near the Bears' 40 yard line. Longwell won that game with a 50+yard field goal at the end of regulation. That's my favorite Adrian Peterson game.Maybe because of Adrian's emergence. Maybe because it was against the Bears. All Day always plays well at Soldier Field. I sure hope this next Sunday night will be no exception. Bears vs. Vikings is a great rivalry. I always want us to beat the Bears no matter what! Go Vikings! Beat the Bears!

We have no idea how privileged we are to be able to watch AP play the game. I have been a Viking fan for 35 years and have seen many good running backs play for us. Some were very good, but none were GREAT....UNTIL NOW!! Thanks AP, its an honor to be able to say I watched the best running back in history play every Sunday for his whole career!! GO VIKES!!

Peterson deserves a better quaterback, but just like Payton had to toil under the quaterbacking of Bob Avellini, Adrian is bound to get his due.

I enjoy watching AP run. It would be even more fun if he had a better offensive line in front of him, or a threatening passing game. I think I more compare his running with that of Hugh Macellheny(sp?) or Gayle Sayers.

As they used to say about Barry Sanders, imagine what he could do if he had a QB and decent receivers to take the load off sometimes. I hope his career with the Vikings is long enough to have it.

Peterson among the greatest? C'mon man! Most NFL teams have a running back of Peterson's caliber, i.e. Mo Forte, Steven Jackson, Chris Johnson, etc etc. You can find running backs at the 99 cent store on the shelves.

Great posts, and well deserving of A special player! It has been a pleasure watching all day do his thing. This article reminds me of one really bright spot, in a cloudy franchise. It is so tough being a Viking fan sometimes, I think we forget about something like this! Great job Adrian, keep fighting to be great. We will be watching!! On a side note, keep Berrian on the bench or release him. And do the same with McTurf!! Would love to watch Ponder start bonding with Adrian, Percy, & Rudolph, they all can be special....

And to think he is doing it without a QB that can keep defenses honest by being able to open it up for him with a completed pass once in awhile. It will become harder and harder for him with this slug at QB.

With the way the NFL is these days, a lot of QBs can stand back there and throw for 400 yards a game (even the rookie Cam Newton is breaking NFL records this year). But there's nothing more exciting than a running back knifing through a defense, and nobody does it better than AD.
