Good win, let's stay healthy this year to see what this team can do...

Mike Modano played his best hockey last year in the first game reckon, Mike Babcock should have showed him a video so he can repeat that habit, good job Yeo. The Wild will not be as fast and tired mentally reckon once they start playing an NHL season and that is why this sounds like a Dick Wilson move to suggest watching Sunday morning tv.

MKIA unlike others on this site I find humor in what you say. I hardly ever agree with you but you have some good lines.

I said, "the Wild looked fast in post yeasterday". I said, when we signed Heater & Seto, "that they'd be the best two players to ever wear #15 & #10 in Wild history". The last to players to wear those numbers, one couldn't stay healthy and the other could only play in quarter of the rink. I know the fans don't like when Bruno gets bashed.

Mister Area code 218 Puckfan I like your honesty. Since we are trying to develop a NORTH MENTALITY here in the State of Hockey we like players like Mister Heatley who rise against the odds and work hard and are resilient and don't give up. It's what we call SISU here in the north. I am glad that Mister Yeo is embracing that Scandinavian ideal of how people should live without whining just sayin. Copyright © 2011 technowild

Technowild, why do you copyright your posts? Is it supposed to be some literary genius? Overall a good fun game to watch. Let's hope the boys can keep playing hard and putting points on the board.

If they can keep up this style of play no matter who gets injured I think they 've got something. I want to see if they are still able to do this style play around game 41

Technowild I am both a Up North Guy and a Scandinavian. The 218 is for the area code.

Saturday's game was only one game but their new style was very exciting to watch. Yeo seems to get the Wild's attention in a way Richards never could. The Heater and Seto don't hurt either. This is a younger team and their defensemen will make mistakes, but I really like the direction the team is heading.
