For 20 years, Michelle Gayer nibbled her way through her work days as a pastry chef. Now, she's the mom who drops her kids off at school and runs around the lake before 8 a.m.

Oh, the irony of a woman losing weight by cutting out fat, white sugar and white flour, whose career consists of making and selling products composed largely of---fat, white sugar and white flour! She must have iron willpower---congratulations and all the best to her.
