Of course, IIRC, Russo picked the Nucks to prevail over Boston, so don't take his Kings pick all the way to the bank.

The Kings? I don't know where that comes from? I never thought Richards was that great and just because he's on LA now doesn't mean he's the missing piece.

Mister Russo, did you purposely choose not to predict the Minnesota Wild and where they will end up this year reckon..... I remember last years format included a wester conference 1 through 15 prediction. Just sayin

Russo is completely wrong. LA Kings will be lucky to make the playoffs. They are a fringe team at best. 7th or 8th is as high as they can shoot for. a Cup is out of the question. As for his East pick of Tampa, it ain't happening. Tampa has no defense and an over the hill Roli the Goalie. Come playoff time you can't just outscore everyone. it's not how the NHL playoffs work.

I like the picks Mike. I was a year early on the LA King bandwagon. I think they will miss Simmonds though. Too bad the Wild will knock your Cup winner out in the First round of the playoffs. If Syd comes back healthy, the Penguins play the Black Hawks in the Finals. If Syd can't hack it, we'll see the rise of Ovechkin.
