Here's a secret that many people don't realize, especially people who live to be negative and to criticize without end: ANY player can get hurt, regardless of their talent level. Just ask Adrian Peterson, whose injury in college probably cost himself the Heisman and his team a national championship. Ask Brett Favre, who thought he was too good and too tough to ever get knocked out of the lineup. I for one am appreciative that Coach Kill is looking out for the long-term health of his players, rather than rushing them back into the lineup just to satisfy a few critics of him and the team (who would then criticize him for that).

And we have off next week, a chance for many of these players to get back to good health if they can avoid further injury on Saturday. This is why you need 35 to 40 players healthy and Big Ten ready every week. Guys will get banged up.

I have yet to see the great things in Malcom M that the coaches see! Ed Olson has a ways to go but he is young yet.

Kill said that Gray will not start at QB. Time to make the switch to WR? He is athletic enough to be on the field every play but maybe QB isnt his strong suit... After seeing Shortel at QB the last couple games maybe Gray is the guy to run the offense.

The Buzz67: I am an alum and fan, and remember this from years ago. You posted that my story was "totally false" but in fact, it was totally accurate. I found an article on the inernet that pretty much tells the same story - and I guess oyu can't believe everything you read but check this out. http://www.shamasportsheadliners.com/Archives/September%206,%202011.htm
