I hope he develops an offensive game and isn't just considered a grinder. Big wingers who can score are extremely rare and would really add to the talented group they have assembled for the future.

Is there any concern that he will be overmatched like Sheppard?

Yes can't wait to see our draft picks over the past 3 years get to play, maybe just one or two reckon but we don't want to rush any players, no no. Its natural part of pro hockey that new players evolve via draft but why do you need to talk about next year onehand reckon ? I hope all of the fans don't think the same way you do because if they do that could be why they can't sell tickets as the fans keep hearing they need to wait all of the time for magical players to emerge... Last year Fletcher told the Washington post that the Wild lacked enough talent to finish to make the playoffs yet if you look at all of the players on there team all of them under performed compared to the past years playing hockey with exception to Clutter who had above average stats... Gosh guys can we keep this real , just sayin

bhrnew1l, do you have anything positive to say about this team? Every time I read something that you write it is a bunch of negative bs. You don't have a clue what you are talking about. They make trades and you don't like them. They change coaches and you don't like that. This is a good thing. They have a 19 yr old who they drafted that is ready for the NHL and you find something wrong with that. Go write about something you know because Hockey isn't it...Just keeping it real, just sayin

Hope keeping Bulmer in the Big league won't screw him up like it did Sheppard.

When I read the blog I feel the need to keep things straight reckon I start typing and then Armymom pushes the down arrow, I am being objective and keeping things honest. I doubt that the fans want my teachings beaming out through their computer screens with their morning coffee but somebody needs to balance things out reckon and that somebody is Mister Know it all
