Seriously....! This is BREAKING NEWS?? I am glad you are healthy and working on yourself Mr. Kill. But common on...breaking news that you are back at practice??!! Come on people! There are more important things in this world than sports!!

What type of stability do we have with Kill and the Gophers? He needs to take care of himself and perhaps work in the press box, something a little less stressful, until he has his health issues under control. He is not doing the Gopher football program any favors by trying to be Mr. Tough Guy.

Great to have you back Coach... Rebuilding a program is a process that starts with the foundation and I believe your staff is just that...You have shown a new attitude and accountability --- We need the parents, players and coaches at the high school level to embrace that and take pride in building this with you... The young players of this state need to join together and take ownership of this University's football program... It's an amazing feeling as a player to reach the top of the mountain when you started at the base... My best for this weekends competition...As for your health, I hear humor/laughter can be good medicine... If you need some of this tune in Sunday for the Vikes/KC game --- I hear they have a new sideline reporter for the game that will be very entertaining...

I just wish him well and hope he has his seizures under control. His health comes first. Go Gophers.

Mr. Kill it's time to start thinking about your family and your physical self. Maybe a high pressure job such as coaching in a Div. 1 school like the hapless Gophers is just to much for your condition. Not many could take this job even with perfect health. Time to reconsider before it's to late.

he is one tough son of a gun. I don't think any coach worth his weight would let his team walk into the lions den that is the Big House at michigan without him. While I hope I am wrong, it all likelihood It won't be a pretty game for the Gophers but at least their coach is taking the pounding right along with the team. That kind of symbolism is important for young athletes.

Double up on the meds on Sat little guy!

jaytee1Sep. 28, 11 4:48 PM

and one other thing, I hope for the day when Gopher season ticket holders don't sell their prime seats to fans of the opposition. That wouldn't happen at Michigan, Ohio State, Nebraska and other elite programs but happens at TCF stadium all the time. Lots of NDSU fans, even right behind the Gopher bench.
