We need to see what we have in Ponder. I would hate to pass up on Luck in the draft assuming Ponder is our answer but ultimately doesn't pan out....

Spot on target Jim, fully agree. Why not? 1-2 is a big diff from 0-3, which is beastly.

There's no hurry to start Ponder, just wait until we are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs. Although if it looks Kansan City will defeat us next week, let him get his feet wet. You know, if we are ahead by 15-20 points at half..............

I agree...start Ponder and figure out if he can be the future. I would hate to stay with McNabb, still end up with the possibility of getting Luck, but not draft him because they thought they had the guy in Ponder...and he ends up being Ryan Leaf.

Its true that the right call would be Ponder. But remember Leslie hasn't made the right call all season. So its going to be McNabb's team for at least another week. If he blows it next week even poor miserable Leslie will be forced to play Ponder. The Wilf's probably know they made two terrible mistakes this yeat. Hiring overmatched Leslie and signing washed out McNabb. Not to mention marrying themselves to the Arden Hills site. They are 0-3 like their team. Pity them and all the homers that hoped for a miracle on both the field and the stadium.

It was time to bench McNapp the moment the Vikings signed him. So many fans have said he is a has been & so many fans know better than the Vikings coaching staff? Time to bench the better part of the Viking's coaching staff TOO!
