It looks like the D position is coming down to a race between Hendry & Prosser. If Lundin's back spasms continue then Scandella makes team, until Lundin is healthy. Is the way I read the story.

I'm rooting for Nate, the Elk River Grad. coached by Mr Sarsland. Got to see him play quite a bit in high school. Probably the best D guy the Elks have had since Paul Martin. He learned young that hard work gets things done. Thats what good coaching will do for ya..

When my local team was in Sect 7 I got to see Elk River play a lot, Prosser is good solid player. Puckluck77 help me out about 4yrs ago, Elk River had a defenseman that was a Gopher Recruit last name began with an M, I think?. Never played at the U. What was his name and did he play any where?

It all starts with the D. Goals will come this year. Top 4 finish is looking quite possible (until Burns and Gaborik get hurt...wait a second...)

218, that be.. Brandon Martell, he was going to be a Gopher at one point. May have gotten injured or something, ended up in USHL with Tri-City Storm, then to NAHL Fairbanks, then the USHL again Fargo Force, currently a Jr. playing D at Ohio State.
