The only thing Bachmann has ever fought for is air time on FOX News.

Yes, Perry, let's have an honest conversation about social security. How about we start with the fact that if we do nothing, today's young people, when they retire, will still get paid 75% of ss benefits? The program is not bankrupt, it just needs tweaking.

As I read this article, I got the idea that Rick Perry wants to END Social Security. ASAP. Because it is a "Ponzi" scheme. OK, Governor. So, if you become the next U.S. President, are you planning on "Replacing" the TERMINATED Social Security program or what? Many of us are either "Retired" or "Close" to being so. I'm not sure about voting for you after your "Ponzi" scheme outburst with NO follow-up plan on what will replace Social Security.

Be very wary of the candidates being pushed by the Bilderbergs and Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Their members are the most powerful globalists in the world.

I don't plan on voting for those who debated tonight, but Ron Paul was right on when it came to 9/11 and our foreign policy.

Wake up people, just because you don't like the answer you're against someone. Lets keep our heads in the sand like all the politicians want us to do. By 2045 SS, medicare & medicaid will consume 100% of federal revenues. That leaves no money for defense, education, roads, etc. And it continues to skyrocket after that. I'm in my early 50's I knew SS would be there 30 years ago because our congress/presidents keep spending it and giving IOU's to the treasury. 2045 people, that's not very far away.

Social Security is an easy problem, we control the revenue and the payments. So what are we going to do about Medicare and Medicaid, where we don't control the billing? Are we going to force providers to treat and then who will pay? Or we could not pay for treatment... fun, fun.

I am surprised no one asked if the world was flat, not sure what Perry, Paul or Bachman would answer.
