Hiring the veteran coach is the best move the Wolves have made in a long time.

jim, outstanding summary of Wolves History, and I agree Adelman is the best hire possible to get this Train back on the Tracks . I hope Sam Mitchell gets a chance to be a assistant if he would like that type of opportunity. Sam is a class act and would be a great addition to any team in the League.

Jim you are on fire with the articles the last few days. This hiring is absolutely huge for this team, almost a last best step in my opinion. I read the list of previous Wolves coaches and have to admit that my mind had repressed so many of them in order to allow me to wear a Twolves hat now and then. Now that it's all coming back to me I may need some type of therapy.

Souhan can't even compliment someone without insulting them.

How do you a hire a guy who makes 5 times more money than you make and expect to be his boss? LOL.

Simple, RobCole. You manage or coach any professional sports team! Players make mulitples of what their coaches make.

The Wolves won't win if Adelman doesn't have complete control of his roster. I mean come on, David Kahn is a dictator. Why else would he wait till after the draft (a draft he totally screwed up) to hire Rambis... Then this year, he waited until almost draft day before telling the Rambis he wouldn't be back. Of course, that meant dictator Kahn got to choose his players again. And now that Adelman is the coach, how will Kahn and Adelman co-exist? Adelman is a proven winner, but can he do much with what Kahn is giving him? Remember, Kahn is the idiot that compared Darko to Chris Webber. The same idiot that drafted 4 point guards in one draft. Please just fire Kahn... tired of him.

Fans will turn out in droves to see Adelman's coaching majesty.

Read like an insinuation that Kahn would be replaced. That would be an even better move than this hire.

If they go one on one, I don't think King Kahn will have a chance. Adelman will prevail over time and Kahn will be gone wondering what happened.
