INTERACTIVE: U.S. flood forecast map with Twitter feed

This map shows 48 hour forecast flood values from river gauges and the National Weather Services (NWS) weather watches & warnings and ridge radar. Data is regularly updated by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Click on a symbol to get in-depth information for each site then click on MORE INFO to open a link to the latest NWS alerts and data. Use the layers field to toggle between data types and view Twitter feeds related to the search term flood. Due to changes in the Twitter API, you must now be signed in to Twitter to see Tweets. Please be patient while this visualization loads as some maps take longer than others.
