NFL.com's power rankings place the Vikings at 8th worst team in the league this year........ Not from what I saw in the last two preseason games. I saw an offense with balance, coordination, innovation and depth. I saw a defense that gets after the quarterback and tackles well. I think the Vikings will finish this season in the top ten. 10 and 6 is possible.

May as well forget about the Williams Wall, it's gone forever. Maybe Ayadele can start the Delco-Remi Wall or something, I don't know. I'm thinking the offense is better but the defense is inferior so we could have some ugly games this season.

Ayodele is great, dominant talent, this Viking team will surprise.

Youth trumps experience on the D-line. We should be OK. If not Chris Hovan and Pat Williams are both free agents :)

I like the enthusiasm, professionalism, and confidence coming from the new guys, both veterans and rookies! Although the secondary makes me nervous, this team clearly has enough talent to win at least 8 games. With a little luck, 10 wins is not out of the question. But you have to win a few you're not supposed to...so let's start by going out to San Diego and upsetting the Chargers on Sunday!

The Vikings are not even on the radar. This is a good thing. Teams will take them lightly. I have watched the Vikings for many years and this team has far more talent then some of the Viking teams that made the playoffs during Denny's time in Minnesota. I am not picking them to win the Superbowl but I think they will surprise a bunch of teams. Nobody picked them to be good in 1998 or 2009. The season has not even started and some have left them for dead. This will be a fun year and a stepping stone to a great future. SKOL VIKINGS
