The guy has the physical ability now lets see if he can translate that into good game day performances.

KY just blew my mind with his high school journalism-worthy story hook. And by blew my mind, I mean made me dumber.

Come on, Letroy! We're expecting you to step and make some plays! You can do it! You can do it! We're supporting you. Make it difficult for them to put you back on the bench!

"Not having Kevin here sucks," Allen said. "It really does. But we have guys. Guion has been here, he knows the level of play we expect of him. ... We have to move forward. Hopefully we'll get through the first two weeks, then welcome [Williams] back." - not really a ringing endorsement' is it? lets hope Mr Allen gets off to a better start than he did last year...

Guion has been a very good, tough, physical player. Now lets see how he performs as a starter against San Diegos offense. His time has arrived. Kick some butt, Letroy!!!!

I think the D-line will be fine as will the LB crew. I am most concerned about the Safety position. Abdullah is fine and can catch. Johnson and Sanford are scary bad and will be lit up by Rivers. I am curious if Frazier, Woods and Pagac have thought about moving Winfield over to safety.

I'm glad he'll get some playing time. IMHO I think he's very underrated. Chuchadoro, you're comment made me "dumber" (I would like to have used "more dumb" but I don't think you would have understood it.)

not much useful info in this story... heck, i could decide to pay attention in a meeting for millions of dollars, too. so kevin williams is missed. big surprise. how about info on guion's specific on field progress, how he's learned to read opposing offenses? what about christian ballard?
