A liberal who refused to look into voter fraud. What a shock!

I don't question this man's qualifications, but really, how can he devote himself to both jobs at the same time? The article doesn't say if he's drawing two salaries or how he's going to divide his time.

So, Strib, how's that "Fast and Furious" reporting coming along? Thought so.

No matter your politics, wouldn't you think that an agency in the midst of a scandal because of inept management (which cost lives) should have a full time director?

I thought the article was going to say he was replacing the former director who was under indictment for selling weapons to Mexican drug lords. Looks like the administration is just going to bury him in a lab somewhere instead.

If he is qualified to be Interim Director why isn't he being made Director? Something not right with how this story is written. He seems to be doing full time jobs a thousand miles apart at the same time. Only certain professors as the U can do that.

The ATF tried to crack down on the flow of weapons to violent Mexican drug gangs by generating the flow of weapons to violent Mexican drug gangs (with taxpayer money). Brilliant!

Sure, no problem, I can manage thousands of employees and billions in budgets on a part time basis???? Besides Holder and Napolitano pretty much have things under control sending the Mexican Drug Cartels thousands of illegaly purchased weapons with their blessing. Another great move by Obama, move along, nothing to see...

We do not need 'gun control' on the United States citizens, we need 'gun control' on the ATF.

Imagine the press foaming at the mouth had this "Fast and Furious" scheme been botched during the Bush administration. It would be nonstop, front page coverage for weeks. One has to really try hard to find any reporting on this. Further proof that the media is covering for Obama and his inept administration.
