Are Milky Mauer and Marshmallow Morneau going to play tomorrow? Or, are they still going to have jet lag from the long flight from Mpls. to Chicago....

Slowey pitched well but the offense was non-existent and the defense was the worst I have ever seen. Plouffe doesn't belong in the outfield. Nishioka doesn't belong in the majors and we should trade Valencia. Valentia can't field. Some people can't do some things. I can't juggle or whistle. Valencia can't field.

One thing about Mauer, he answers the bell every day. He hasn't missed a photo shoot or the filming for an advertisement in 3 years!

Hey Pohlad, did you see all the empty seats in Chicago, that is Target Field next year.

It does no good to moan about Billy Smith, the worst GM in baseball. Direct your anger at St. Pierre who is the one who can fire him but instead has chosen to welcome him back with open arms next year. This team was built in his image and Smith was responsible for this trainwreck of a team, along with Gardo the enabler and coddler.

Wasn't that the Hennepin Ave. Lutheran Church softball team playing for the Twins tonight? Big of Mauer to condescend to get off the bench to pinch hit with two outs in the ninth. I hope he didn't hurt his neck practice swinging in the on-deck circle, or throwing in pre-game warmups (see picture heading this article). Any General Soreness jersey sightings at the park tonight?
