Standout Vikings cornerback Antoine Winfield didn't return for precautionary reasons after getting dinged up taking down Jason Witten.

Same old story, the backfield looks like crap and the Vikes are going to be lucky to win 4 games this year. Winfield hasn't done anything in two years. Cris Cook is JUST bad.

faroutsight - Knock it off. Glad Antoine is alright and that Parks kid at least was looking back for the ball. Now, that is something I haven't seen a Viking DB do in years. Plenty of good plays on tape for review this week. That's all last night was about.

Winfeild is old and often injured at this stage in his career. It was a nice run but there is NO WAY he will be able to hold up for 16 games this season or any other going forward. He will retire like so many other vikings in the past and in future that played their entire careers for the purple - NO SUPER BOWL RING to show for all their effort!!! What a shame.
