Jenkins is a bust. Vikes record will be 1-15.

I have noticed that the Strib has gotten very sensitive to any comment that does not reflect good on their fishwrap or out of the loop reporters. Sid use to get by with calling his stories "scoops" back before the internet even though his information had been printed a day or more ealier elsewhere. Yeah Sid, I remember!

You forgot to mention the Twins gave Jim Thome to the Indians for ...nothing ( a player to be named later) I guess that will save money on potential home run balls being lost. Seems like the only one getting a good return on investment in the new ball park is the Pohlad's; fans are spending plenty of money, but the end result is looking worse every day. At least the majority of fans seem happy watching base hits and having outdoor baseball and I will leave it at that. I expected alot more, but I should have known better.

you can't win the division every year...this year sucks next yaer will be better. The twinks have done an impresive job fielding winning teams. They just wimp out in the playoffs.

Sid, Arland was hoping you would make it out for the big BC Place Stadium opening at the end of next month. Retractable. Arland said he'd save a sockeye salmon in case you came by. You could return home via Kansas City and take in the Chief. You really have to see it.

Jenkins sucks, just another area where they just had to cheap out.

Jenkins was a first round pick with size, that knew the system. A very good signing. PS. Was that McKinnie playing for the Ravens Thursday night??

Please,... everyone take note of the comments from kzelins Aug. 25, 11 9:34 PM (Jenkins is a bust. Vikes record will be 1-15), and christian220 Aug. 25, 11 11:24 PM (Jenkins sucks, just another area where they just had to cheap out), as, apparently, they know better than the Viking coaching staff. GO VIKINGS!!!

@kzelins, this whole 1-15 thing would definitely suck should the season end that way. In light of such an awful season I would not mind with the #1 pick in the 2012 draft taking Andrew Luck. I do like Ponder and i think he will be good. I think Luck will be better though. But it won't happen so that's just an "I hope" should the season go so poorly for us. Which it won't. I am guessing 8-8 or 9-7 this season.
