"We will never compromise on our integrity." Uh...too late for that, buddy! The only thing that prompts change at Medtronic is getting caught doing something (or not doing something that you say you're doing). Company needs to get much more serious than a "motivational poster" to effect real, positive, share-holder/customer/employee confidence building change.

this will be a wait and see deal with this guy. Not sure what he ever did at GE. Just seems like a clone of all the GE CEO's just a heavy handed block chopper. I predict he will hit and run in less than 4 yrs just like the guy at 3M.

What used to be a great place for Minnesotans to be employed, has transformed into a GE/IBM outsourcing business model. Off-shoring as much as possible, will be their demise. So much for Goodwill in the Community.
