We were screaming to the front office to trade Capps two months ago when he was worth something (to someone other than a Twins fan) ... I doubt we could get three cracked practice bats for him now !!

Gardenhire's record against the Yankees should be a fireable offense. Too bad the Pohlads are completely checked out. As long as the gate receipts come in, this proven loser has lifetime employment.

Are some of the Twins worthy of their standing on the club? No, not really. But without naming names (of players), some readers here use it as a really lame excuse for cracking even lamer jokes.

Reusse called the twins 3rd in their division about 3 months ago. I think he was about right.

You know it is a horrible season when you rarely watch the Twins on TV and look at the comments on the game later at night to see who is more creative than others in their critique. I must say, it is more fun this year to read the comments than to watch the game. How sad is that?!!

Time to move some players and coaches to other places, time to re-make this ball club, but no money for decent free agents (thanks Joe) and veery little potential in the minors. Look for some lean years folks, this will be Pittsburgh central soon...

They used to call Kansas City a Yankees farm team back in the 60's. Kansas City had a better record against the bombers than the present day Twins.

Hold the line on season ticket prices??? Come on!!! Jack them up - The rich can afford it! Those evil rich that buy those cushy season tickets and enjoy all the benefits are not paying their fair share! Raise those prices!
