Good article. Key word, Communication! Between, coaches and players. Lack of communication is one main reason for defeat, whether it be in sports, in battle, and yes, even in marriage. Go Vikings!

Everytime I hear Frazier speak, or see him quoted I like him more. Level headed, down to earth, smart etc... All of these qualities leads to respect from his fans, his fellow coaches, and most importantly his players. Will it translate into wins? You gotta believe it will. SKOAL!

if i had to pick a 8-8 year for 5 seasons with chilly or 0-16 for 5 seasons with frazier....i would pick 0-16 for 5 seasons with frazier over 8-8 for 5 seasons with chilly.....reason is becuz frazier is level headed, down to earth guy who takes blame or puts it on everyone like the players and coaches not just one person, he is smart....chilly just comes up with excuses to why we lost and blames his qb for the lose....

Randy Moss and Carter had a lot of input that only confused Culpepper. He told a reporter he was having trouble shutting it out and playing the game. As long as the input is directed at the coaches they will be OK.

I'm enjoying having this Musgrave guy around more and more... with his knowledge and our players, this offense could be something mighty special this season.
