The Human Fund. Money for People.
Thank you for righting this article people need to be aware that a lot of the money collected in the name of Autistic people is spent on bureaucracy and lobbying for pharmaceutical companies. Autism Speaks is a major offender, and they should be prosecuted for fraud.

Thank you for useful information. Keep us aware and keep more articles like this...
Remember, most charities have paid directors (the CEO of The United Way makes over a million dollars a year). The best charity is one where you directly help another person instead of cutting a check. Then 100% of your money and effort goes to the cause.
I know a guy who gets over 130,000 each year for aids to drive his children around , summer camp and housecleaning because he has children on the autism spectrum, including one who operates at about a 14 year old level. This is as big of a waste as anything here.
I hate the headline!!!!!!!!!!!!! Many will read it and think there are no good autism charities. Why can't headlines be more honest for a change?????????
