With that plug for Sea Foam Deep Creep, it's time for another episode of SEAFOAM KITCHEN. This week, it's time to cool off from the hot weather with an Irish Sea Foam Shake. What could be easier and more refreshing? Here's how: Take 1 1/2 cups mint chocolate chip or pistachio ice cream, 1 1/2 cups milk, and 1/2 cup seltzer or club soda. Put the ice cream and milk in a blender and pulse to combine. With the motor running, pour in the seltzer. When the shake is smooth and foamy, pour quickly into two glasses and serve at once.
