Twins outfielder Jason Kubel had to leave a minor league game Thursday when he tweaked his left foot, the same foot that landed him on the disabled list last month.

"It was a little bit more than just a little." There's a line you wouldn't hear in 1970's baseball or 2010's army........

Jason must be Joe's roommate on the road. Seems like Maueritis is contagious.

Cal Ripken has to laugh at these guys now a days. Every little thing and I need days off or a trip to the DL.

Kubel & Span were the only bright spots in April & May. If Kubel stayed healthy, we wouldn't be talking about sending Michael Cuddyer to the All Star Game -- it would be Kubel. He's a great bat in our underproducing lineup.

Kubel might be one of the more under rated Twins of all time. He's battled through some really bad knee problems earlier in his career - I'm guessing he has played many games with very sore legs.
