Seems to me Revere with his speed, defense and now some offense has to be in the lineup. Which, leaves us with a glut of outfielders. Nice problem to have.

Bring up Ploufe and put him at 3rd base.

....and then he went to the bathroom. Once out he sat in the dugout and picked at his nails. After which he spit in the dugout 18 times! Who the heck cares!

Today's 7,8 and 9 were Hughes, Repko, and Tolbert Looking forward to 7,8 & 9 being Nishioka, Valencia, and Casilla.

When I read that Plouffe has been all over the infield, I thought that meant he was still throwing the ball all over the place! Maybe he'll be good at first base where he doesn't need to throw too much. Good to see the hitting, though!

Revere is fun to watch. His speed both in the outfield and on the bases is exciting. There is no way you can take him out of the lineup.

Rever and the other young players have been fun to watch. Which brings me to my next point, trade Mauer, Morneau and Slowy. And no, I am not kidding.

@Daniel888: In other words, go back to the days (2 years ago) when the Twins had little revenue and could never resign any of their stars? The days when everybody complained that the Twins didn't have any stars? I have news for you, if the Twins "dump" Mauer's $23 mil salary, that does not automatically mean they spend $23 mil on pitching and a short stop.

Ben's a smart ball player from what i can see and fast, some of the guys on the bench should let some of Ben's enthusiasm for the game "rub" off on them, it sure could not hurt the streaky bats that have been put into service this year! Two devastating terms for the Twins to over come: Streaky Bats and Injury Report- and yet still W's keep showing. Super Hot Bats from here on you'll need everyone in the game! That's the rule!
