Happy to have an NHL team back in Manitoba, fans celebrated with a trek down to St. Paul.

I am so glad for the fans of Winnipeg who are getting their team back! Knowing how hard it was in losing my beloved North Stars, it's a fantastic move in terms of reestablishing history and tradition back in the NHL. A little perplexed though by the comment tonight at the NHL draft were management said that naming the team was not an easy decision; to which I must ask, "How hard is a slam Dunk, no brainer = J E T S !

Don't mind seeing hockey back in Winnipeg, but the NHL screwed Atlanta. Here is hoping True North is a better ownership group than Atlanta Spirit. If the Atlanta Spirit actually put a decent product on the ice (drawing in fans and making it easier to find a local buyer with said fan base), I think Winnipeg would be waiting for next year for the Coyotes to abandon the desert.
