I'd rather have Butera than Mauer. Send Mauer to AAA.

Twins can't escape the fact that Mijares stinks. He routinely misses his spots by two feet. Why is he our first option as a lefty when he is our worst option as a lefty. Chuck James was better.

I would be happy to never see Jose Mijares pitch again. I think it's a requirement for him to fall behind 3-0 to every batter. Horrible judgement by Gardy to bring him in. Send Nishi down to AAA to see if he can learn how to hit. Bat Mauer 8th until he also learns to hit, and play him at 1B with Rivera catching.

Deja Vu.

Whoever is responsible for signing Nishi should be fired, after all, no other team wanted him. I hope Mauer is out tomorrow. I'd rather have Rivera or Butera. Is Mauer below .200?

Why didn't the Twins intentionally walk Prince Fielder??

Joe Mauer 0-for-4. Move him down to 7th in the batting order.

Sergio Santos, the ex-Twin infielder and current White Sox reliever, has not forgotten his roots.....a two-strike "fat-ball" in the 10th to give the mighty Nationals a lead. What an organization we have instilled.....

mijares was wrecked two years ago when gardy and young called him out for throwing behind a batter and getting young hit. great arm, but time to let him go.
