Well, I am sure the price is right. Oh boy....

Ok, I like it. He's brought Houston from dismal to great. Let's give the man a chance and see what he can do with a big league club.

Interesting that they wait until the day after the season ticket renewal deadline to announce this. I may not have renewed (as any may not have) if this happened Tuesday. A little suspicious Chuck...

I love it! Great hire ... then again, I thought Richards was too. Never liked Hitchcock (overrated) and McTavish was blah.

As Mister Know it all predicted, the price was the issue with getting any veteran coach, I am going to say that Leo backed Fletcher all of the way on this one otherwise Fletch would not have done this

I like the hire, but I'm not expecting miracles (such as a playoff birth this year). I hope he's still around in about 3 years because the next two might be rough.

I don't know why, but I have a good feeling about this hire. Good luck to Yeo and the team.

I've never been one for the recycled head coach, Yeo sounds like he could be the real deal. As usual it all depends on the talent you have, coaching is SO overrated on the pro lvel in any sport IMO. GO WILD!

I think they waited this long, because they wanted to wait until the season was over; which was the classy thing to do. Secondly all of those other coaches with NHL experience are looking for a job now, because they failed at their last job. Mr. Yeo has done a great job in Texas, and we shouldn't downplay his experience. I look forward to seeing what Mr. Yeo can do with this team, and wish him luck.

bhrnew1l Ummm, I doubt Leiopold is worried about money, given his teams have been up against the cap every yr, he may be the biggest fan of any owner in the NHL. As uual you are WRONG!
