Didn't think I would say this a couple weeks ago-but who do you send out of the bullpen? Dumatrait, Capps, Mijares, Swarzak aren't going anywhere(even if Mijares and Capps haven't pitched well lately. That leaves Hoey, Burnett, and James. James and Burnett have been hot. So Hoey probably leaves to make room for Perkins. That 1)leaves a lot of left handed pitchers in the bullpen and 2)means someone else still has to get sent out when Nathan comes back. Good problem to have but will be interesting to see what happens.

So do any of these guys on the DL have a real legitimate injury? To have 7 of 9 starters in the lineup out because of "soreness" is really quite pathetic. Hate to be negative, but come on son!!

D Span is not Rickey Henderson. Stop talking like that. It's selfish, rude, and creepy.

Can Nishioka go back to Japan? The Twins are doing great without him.

With the great way the Twins have been playing, you almost hate to see any roster changes right now.

Thanks for staying up late for this report, La Velle. Let's see how good Nishi can hit.

don't put any of these dl guys back on the field until the scrubs cool off. they earned their places in the lineup. (maybe let kubel pinch hit.)

Get them all in the line up as soon as you can. The scrubs will be fall back to earth as they were scrubs after all. I would keep Revere in the lineup though as he shows more intelligence then D Span. But with Kubel still out a line up if Mauer comesback this weekend of -- Revere,Span, Mauer, Morneau, Cuddyer, Delmon, Hughes or Valencia, Nishi, Casilla looks pretty good. The speed starting at the bottom with Nishi will be huge. As for the bullpen I think we need to look at Capps tendiitis. He might be due for a trip to the DL.

With the amount of MLB guys in Ft. Myers right now, our Class A team should be winning every game 14-0.

Don't bring Mauer up until he's had at least 50 at bats and/or is hitting over .400 down in Florida. And let the scrubs play until they stop winning, then ease the prima donnas into the line-up.
