I wish the management at O'Reilly Auto Parts would read the part about Kwik Trip. I will be shopping at Kwik Trip when possible.

Apparently, the GOP wants government to be like business, EXCEPT when it comes to valuing employees.

Thanks for the article. I like to shop at companies who value their employees. It seems to be a lost art.

If you are over 50, don't expect to even get an interview at Cargill.

Why aren't any government employers listed if it's so great being a government employee?

Note that there is a close correlation between well-managed, healthy companies and workplace/workforce satisfaction. Any recently-listed company that has fallen out of this list should really be looking at their overall management skillsets and personalities.

I have a local Kwik Trip I frequent, and also am a supplier to the firm in business. I have been very impressed by the work ethic that the whole organization has, from top to bottom. Everyone in the stores is allways busy and productive. Now I can understand why. I am employed by a firm that is the opposite of this great firm. I'm sure that I will never be asked how to improve our company, but if I ever am I'll say go to a Kwik Trip and open your eyes!

Glad to see employees are happy at Cargill...we have lost 2 family members to Cargill's obsessive business and work-first mentality. Thanks Cargill for letting us never see these 2 family members because their work is so much more important than family. Thanks Cargill for giving them so much money that they forgot where they came from. I'm so glad they are happy with their work life yet are too good for their families.

samiamJun. 19, 1110:39 AM Why aren't any government employers listed if it's so great being a government employee? $#$#$#$#$#$#$#$#$# Being taken for granted by, devalued by and generally disrespected by the general public and in essence talked about like a criminal pretty much shoots that down.
