The outfielder's speed intrigues the Twins, and his game-winning hit in the 10th inning suggests he's arrived.

Nice win, took the series...cool. Hate to say it though, we will never be a serious contender with Capps as the closer. He gives up too many runs.He has no strikeout pitch.

I'm just not impressed with Capps. Great win, but should never have gone to extra innings. It's becoming ironic now, how we all (myself included) complain about our AAA lineup, but they have been the ones contributing the hits and runs the past few games. Cuddyer? Take a seat, please. You are a veteran, you should be able to come through with a clutch hit at least once in awhile. It makes me sad that I have no faith in the heart of our lineup right now.

Ahead of the throw? If the catcher catches the throw, Butera is out all the way.....Yes, Capps is bad right now. But, hey, he got the win!

Can someone else be our closer now? Capps is garbage.

In an ideal baseball year, a closer should have zero wins. When a closer has wins, that most likely means he blew a save and his team bailed him out in the next inning, just like today. A win for Capps is not deserving.

I am so angry that Capps got this win considering the fact that he SUCKED and almost threw up another loss. Now this win will further inflate his stats, and make it that much more difficult to justify jettisoning this waste of salary. He's awful... ALL the time. Thank God the AAA fellas showed up again today. Most of our veterans should feel ashamed... but they know there are no repurcussions with Chief Enabler (Gardy) at the healm, so why should they care?

Thank God this road trip is over and I don't have to hear Kris Atteberry call the plate "the dish" anymore! Bob Kurtz back starting tomorrow night!
