Dick Bremer sez at end of game: "Twins have gained 5 games on Cleveleand!" Preposterous statement of the year award contender if I ever heard one. But, there's more, in the wrap-up he says "Twins have a chance at winning first 3 game series of the year . . . " They just won a 4 game series, Dick, what more do you want?

Still a loooooong way to go, but nice to see some life from these guys. //Twins first round pick projects as a 2nd baseman or, gulp, a utility guy. Not sure what to think but that was some of what the MLB bio said.

I watch the games no matter what, but it sure is a lot more enjoyable when they win!

Just glad Joe Mauer was able to kick back with his brother & enjoy a nice glass of lemonade while watching the game! I'm sure they reminisced about the good ol' days playing backyard ball. Ha! Oh my goodness I hope there's a way to get out of his contract! Biggest joke in the history of baseball.

Great to see the twins win one. They are by no means vindicated for the crap performances they were putting on since the season began but it's a step in the right direction. Thank god gardy finally messed with the lineup hopefully he will be more flexible in the future.

Tell me why again the Twins won, when roughly $70 million of their payroll is on DL? I thought the Twins live and die by their high-rollers. At least that is what Gardenhire and Sid Hartmann, Esquire, would have me believe.
