While it's nice to see a book that helps craft an "Elevator Pitch", I'm hoping Harvey that you don't think this is anything new. It's been a staple of the tech startup crowd for as long as I can remember.
Harvey...in politics, this approach has been called a "soundbite". Sounds great at the moment to those it appeals to, but in the end is usually the first sign of whom you should have avoided. All good things take time: time to hear, time to investigate and time to understand. Then, when you're through with that process, it takes time to implement any good idea or plan the right way. Forget the elevator, Harvey, although it may be a good way to sell books.
