Oh yeh, all we need is another older free swinger that is hitting 240 and already swung at and missed Morneau his last year here, we went through his growing up period and when he finally started to hit he got a huge contract from LA and bailed, we did well by not adding another wasted huge contract, Span will have to do, Hunter likes the LA lifestyle anyway.

Casilla might be usable as a 2nd baseman batting ninth on a team with a lot of offense but that is all. The fact that he is being called a catalyst for the Twins says a lot.

Casilla is fast, which makes up for shortcomings elsewhere. He has gotten more "big" hits for the club over the past three years than has Cuddy, or Tolbert, or any of the other middle infielders. We traded away a ton of speed with Gomez. I'd hate to see us give up any more.

Doesn't look like much of a greeting there by Morneau.

"forget about the offensive side of it", said Gardy. It looks like the entire team has taken those words to heart.

Wonder how many people Tori would've punched by now if he was still in the Twins clubhouse...

Casilla plays baseball, but he doesn't KNOW baseball.

Casilla becoming a sparkplug? Haven't we seen these momentary flashes before?
