Huh? why are the people who go to bars being tax for a sports stadium? These people might not be the ones that use the stadium. Why don't you just tax the people who pay for drinks in the stadium?

I suggest we send the Xcel center into retirement, it was never needed anyway. Wow, the St. Paul mayor should just keep his mouth closed.

75 million dollar burden? Didn't all these owners have big talks about the big revenues these teams, buildings, events will bring? In the end...the taxpayer always takes it up the shorts.

Sounds good to me. $.2 cents per drink is acceptable to me as a drinker but the stadium needs to be in Arden Hills and the stadium commission needs more control and the Vikings need to share more of the revenue. Git 'er done!

Why does Lester Bagley continue to act like he is in control of all this? He is not. We are the ones he is asking to pay for most of the stadium so he does not decide anything. With all these competing ideas and seemingly no support for the Arden Hills fiasco it is clear this issue is not ripe yet and needs to be shelved for another year at least.
