I'd like to blow the whistle on some things that took place on Wall Street and in Washington D.C. in around 2008. On a second thought, those things weren't important enough to bother with. Never mind.

1) Make him prominantly display that he has restrictions 2) cancel his license. 3) You don't want to know.

Interesting. Dr. Mullin did my foot surgery and shortened my big toe significantly in the process. That was never mentioned to me at all before the surgery. I've since had two corrective surgeries because of what he did, and still have problems. I guess I'll be contacting an attorney!

Why aren't their licenses pulled? If person drove as badly as this doctor practices, they would no longer have a drivers license. .... Is this a matter of professionals being protected by other professionals?

I'm not very impressed with this governing board. Either clear him or pull his license. Stop sitting there.

Kudos to the Star Tribune for stories like this. The best way to protect people from unscrupulous doctors is to expose them for what they are. Now lets see who goes to Mullen.

Is this on the front page of the newspaper and on every news broadcast on TV, get the word out there so no one goes to him. If they can't pull his license? then make everyone aware of his bad practices..
