Miscues are no deterrent as Twins pull it out in 10th

Rookie Trevor Plouffe more than redeemed himself for an early throwing error, driving across the go-ahead run in the 10th inning.

The power still isn't there yet, but at least Morneau's batting average is starting to creep upward.

Its often really as simple as this. Twins got a bunt down of offense. On defense Twins made a good play getting the guy at second on a bunt. It really seems like the first time this season that the Twins did some little things right. So often those are the plays that dictate who wins. Keep it rolling boys.

This team is destined for last place unless Mauer returns AT FULL STRENGTH, Morneau lifts his average, Cuddy and Young start producing, and Nishioka returns. Thome would be a nice bonus, too. If this year has taught us anything, it's that a mediocre rotation that is built on having run support >5 runs a game is not the right way to build a team, especially with the depth of this bench/AAA club. With our full starting squad in the lineup, everyone hits better.

All I know is that I have been a Twins fan since before I could walk and in all that time I have never seen a player as bad as Casilla. Is that guy even hitting above the Mendoza line yet. But Gardy keeps putting him in the games.

Nathan still scares me to death, why lift Perkins. No NATHAN in 2012, enough is enough.

It's amazing what can happen when you get a couple of nice back to back starts.. Capps looks dominant the past 2 days. Look out Chisox we're closing fast!

@coz3425 - you've never seen a worse player than Casilla? Try looking behind the plate. Drew Buterrible is the worst every day catcher that any team has trotted out there in decades.
