The NBA's draft lottery has not been kind to the Timberwolves.

We'll finally win the lottery in 2012 when the draft (post-lock out) will be the strongest in years. Oh wait, we don't have a #1 next year. That's right, it's Clippergeddon time. Well at least McFale got us Marco Jaric for the #1 overall pick. This franchise is the biggest laughingstock in all of professional sports.

Keep Kahn far away from the draft.

I hope tonight that the national media will at least hold Kahn's feet to the fire (Rambis? Rubio?) because the STrib has failed miserably.

Apparently the Wolves don't need to win the lottery because they don't need Irving or Martin. I have to chuckle when I hear Timberwolves and 'position of need' in the same sentence.

I was shocked at the poll results. I think people are understanding the question incorrectly. I think the poll question should be interpreted "which team has had been the worst during it's existence?". It seems that people are interpreting it to be which team is having the worst year.

Sorry, I meant Williams. Must have Packers on my mind already.

Commissioner Stern: "You don't really think we'd let the Minnesota team pick first...do you?"

Yeah, the Wolves have been unlucky. However, it also says something about Wolves management when they've traded two of their best picks (Ray Allen and Brandon Roy) immediately.

Take two ping pong balls and call me in the morning. Nothing to talk about yet.
