The Vikings owner clearly favors the Ramsey County proposal to any stadium site in downtown Minneapolis.

Yea Ziggy, keep on "truckin", build it and the fans will come. Great site, great idea--to bad they have to compete with the Packers who are about to establish a dynasty.

Everyone knows this new stadium is going to be built in Mpls. This whole Arden Hills thing is a sham, all the vikings are doing is trying to get Mpls to up the bid. No way are the SW and Western Metro suburban ticket holders going to travel 45 minutes to Arden Hills to pay $50 dollars to park at Zygiland.

Ahhh Grandpa sports...Still challenged with time zones. The Gopher game in LA is 12:30 pacific time, which is 2:30 central, leaving the the Twins game for 6:05 Pacific time, 4:05 central. So there will be time for football and get down to Anaheim to catch the the Twins.

Ohh and Packer fans keeping it classy(yeah right!) They are so upset at the even the possibility of the Vikes getting a new stadium it would be worse than MN actually winning the super bowl. Proof the inbreeding is alive and strong in WI...long way to go to keep the Packer tickets in the family you hicks. Too bad nobody ever goes to GB to see that dump or where the superbowl champs hail from.

I want to know where in the new stadium the vikings will be displaying their empty Super Bowl trophy case. This stadium will be known right off the bat as having the world's smallest trophy case, all too fitting for the new home of the "Empty Super Bowl trophy case purple nation".

Mr Hartman: I realize that you are and always will be a Minneapolis booster.....no problem with that ( although you need to come over to St. Paul this fall and watch Coach Caruso and the University of St. Thomas excel in collegiate football). Your take on the Vikings/Arden hills deal was honest....insightful...and courageous....my level of respect for your reportage is truly enhanced. Even if the Arden Hill's deal never comes to fruition ( remote )....your reporting has elevated the entire debate.....Skol Vikings! Bill St. Paul, MN
