Where is Joe Mauer??? Should the CDC be doing weekly sweeps of the Twins clubhouse because everyone that comes in contact with the Twins contracts some sort of illness to which there is no immediate cure.

The box on the power boys Morneau and Cuddyer (who make $25Million between them): 0-8, 4 strikeouts, 2 popouts, a groundout, and the big highlight: one ball hit out of the infield for a fly out.

Great! 1-3 against the Red Sox!!!! No way in Hell the Twinks beat Beckett tomorrow night!!!

Pink was a good color for them! They should keep it year round!

When Will Joe Mauer Mug be on Milk Cartons?

The Twins did what they do best this year: Stopped another team's losing streak.

I don't want to keep on harping on the Twins' inept ability to hit, but this is getting ridiculous! The only one who is earning his money right now is Kubel (hitting over .350). Why are the Twins carrying guys who are hitting from the .110's and .170's? Gardy plays them for their defense but yet in order to win games you have to score runs! Let's see the 2 guys who made errors today are Butera (.115 batting average) and Casilla (.177 batting average). I don't know of any profession when you only do something right 1-10 times and get million of dollars for it. Can they get someone from the minors or trade for players that can get a hit or two!

Casilla can not turn a routine DP, throws ball in the dirt and another run scores. Is this the Twins Way??

scotchieguyMay. 8, 11 4:28 PM

After the blow out by the Twins on Friday night, I posted here that they would get blown out, then lose the next two. Well, they didn't quite get blown the last two, having lost by four runs each game, but they are heading that direction. I listened to game on radio today--typical: errors from the usual suspects, Casilla (why is he still on team?), Butera, and Revere. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

this team is no longer doing things "the Twins way", they are doing it the "garden ire" way. Time for a coaching and front office purge.
