Buh Bye Vikings, Ziggi, head south on I35W, make a right turn just past Albert Lea and head West on I-80 and drive until the end of the road. That's Los Angeles.

Maybe tht little weasel should ask his contituents if they want to pay an extra tax for the Vikings like he did for the Twins.....oh wait, that's right, he never did!! Take 1/2of the Twins tax revenues and use that for the Vikings...it's only fair!

Just build it up in Arden Hills. I made it down to Kansas City for the Twins debacle last weekend, and it gave me goosebumps to look at Arrowhead Stadium (next to Kauffman Stadium) and think what it would be like to tailgate in a huge surface lot like that. Metrodome area is not really set up for that, at all (unless you get there really early or know people that have a setup). You can argue it's up north but, realistically, it's only 8 days a year and would gladly make the drive up there from the SW metro.

The Zygmeister would already be in his new digs in Anoka County but that wasn't good enough for him. He only wanted Mpls. Guess what Mr. Wilf? They don't want you. The NFL is reserving L.A. for an expansion franchise. Enjoy San Antonio.

If I am Zygi I would have lost my patience a long time ago. This state obviously does not want professional football. I know it may take 15 to 20 years before we eventually build a stadium to lure a team here but if I am him I would leave without so much as a word. Unfortunate that we treat him and the team this way when they are active in the community in a lot of positive way's but all people can see is the money the players and owner make.

Sad the cities are going to let the Vikes slip away and it will cost the state billions yearly not to speak of the money spent in the metro area and the jobs lost due to this ideology!!

Perhaps the team should build on their preferred site without a government partner. Let the league put up the funds that the team is unable to afford. Let them decide (not the state) who gets to watch on TV.

I would rather have the Vikings stadium, a real multiuse facility to be used by many, than that stupid Twins stadium. Opat, you screwed up.
