The death of Osama bin Laden brings a bit of relief, but little comfort to the parents of a Flight 93 hero.

Zawahiri, Anwar al-Awlaki, Fazul Abdullah Mohammed, Sulaiman Abu Gaith Saif al-Adele...there are many more who are capable and willing. We must be smart and use all available intel to protect the US. Celebrating the death of one in the way it was televised last night is not smart. It is played as arrogant and not a worthy portrayal of the US. I hope we can be smart and unified in our purpose.

A soft stance by the Obama administration? I believe it was George W Bush who said in 2002, " i dont know where he is... i'm really not all that concerned about him..."

nmj32787 - have a little respect for the Burnett's. They have every right to say what they want and believe what they want.

nmj32787 is right - Bush was so csaual about OBL. "I don't know where he is and honestly I don't care..." Bush/Cheney may have started the look but put little effort - in fact even 'called off' the pursuit at one point - so Pres Obama gets FULL CREDIT for finishing this mission. Well done, Mr President! Excellent points made in this video: http://www.youtube.com/user/TheYoungTurks?feature=chclk

Bush deserves no credit for this - he actually shut down the unit pursuing OBL; Pres Obama reorganized the pursuit in June 2009: Bush/CIA disbanded the special Bin Laden unit in 2006. In June 2009, a new unit was formed by Obama/CIA to focus specifically on hunting down Bin Laden. "Nearly five years after George Bush vowed to bring Osama bin Laden to justice "dead or alive", it's the end of the line for the CIA's Alec Station, the unit dedicated to the hunt for the al-Qaida leader." http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2006/jul/05/alqaida.usa http://www.nytimes.com/2006/07/04/washington/04intel.html C.I.A.
