Francisco Liriano struggled amid snow and boos as Delmon Young went on the DL and the Twins called up pitching help.

When the manager doesn't demand any toughness from his players for the first half of the season, this is what happens. Hope the strategy works again this year, but there are no signs this team will be able to turn it around so far. Frankie should be ashamed of that performance.

Simply a pathetic team. No heart, desire or effort. Big salaries that are totally not deserved. All starts at the top Billy Smith. You have assembled a bunch of candy arses.

I was at the game. Liriano was absolutely awful... it looked like he was throwing batting practice. He needs to be moved to the pen at the very least.

This team amazes me; hopefully nobody gets a paper cut tonight and ends up on the 15 day DL. Oh wait, paper cut- probably out for a month.

Send Liriano to Rochester, send the rest of the team to the doctor, and put the manager and the pitching coach on a cruise.

Geez, how come I wasn't at the game tonite, spending $100 for a frozen seat, a flat beer and a greasy hot dog. Some day soon, the "stadium effect" will wear off, and Minnesotans will tire of spending a small fortune to see a mediocre team. Remember when you couldn't shoot your way into Camden Yards? They're begging for fans now. This will happen soon at Target Field. Guaranteed!
