How I got this body: At 69, he's still on a roll

Dave Siskind's "new" bike has 25,000 miles on it. Another that he saved from the trash has 40,000. An older road bike has 116,000. Altogether, he has logged more than 500,000 miles over a lifetime of cycling.

I was hoping for a more personal story. My great uncle is now 80, he used to downhill ski up until a year or two ago. My great aunt (also on my mom's side) does ice skating and she's in her 80s also.

As long as you remain relatively healthy you can do these things most of your life. Old age as we knew it is no more...for many.

And so am I with my quest for a Mall of Americ Stadium, being 69 is gift and better than the alturnative, high five for us 69ers still rolling along and that's the... vikingsbuzz.
